You are permitted to register a maximum of one account on the platform. Requests for additional accounts must be submitted via email to support@trustify.biz or by other contact means listed on our Contact page. Trustify retains the discretion to deny any request for an additional account, and such a violation of these Terms may result in the immediate termination of the involved accounts.
You are required to take reasonable measures to ensure the security of your account and prevent any fraudulent use. This includes, but is not limited to:

Digital Currency pertains to assets supported by Trustify, available for staking, deposits, or withdrawals on the platform.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the Digital Currency you intend to deposit or withdraw from the Trustify platform qualifies as eligible. Moreover, you must confirm that your deposit or withdrawal of Digital Currency on the blockchain is directed over the correct blockchain and to the correct wallet address as instructed by Trustify. For instance, if you choose Ethereum for fund transfers, you are exclusively responsible for ensuring the initiation of an Ethereum transfer and not any other currency like Bitcoin or BNB.
Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in the irreversible loss of your Digital Currency, and Trustify may not be able to assist you in recovering them. Trustify holds no liability for such loss and is not obliged to retrieve the Digital Currency.
You can stake and fund your account by transferring Digital Currency from your virtual wallet on the blockchain or accounts with third parties. Trustify imposes no fees for funding the account; however, blockchain transactions may incur additional network fees. Additionally, third parties, such as payment processors, may impose transaction and other fees. The Digital Currency will be transferred to the platform's address, and your Trustify account will be credited with an equivalent amount of Digital Currency.
The Digital Currency in your Trustify account balance is available for withdrawal at any time.
To initiate a withdrawal from your Trustify account, you must provide details of the virtual wallet or accounts with third parties where you wish to receive the Digital Currency. Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading details may result in permanent loss of your Digital Currency, and Trustify will not be held liable for any such losses. While Trustify strives to initiate the withdrawal process immediately upon request, there may be instances where up to 24 hours are required to process the payment.
From time to time, Trustify may introduce specialized initiatives, such as the Affiliate Program, to promote engagement and education among clients. In all instances, we reserve the absolute right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or alter parts or the entirety of programs without prior notice.
By enrolling in such programs, you agree to abide by the following affiliation terms:
Any misconduct or violation of the affiliation terms may be considered a material breach, leading to the termination or suspension of the affiliate's account without prior notice.
We do not assume responsibility for the collection, reporting, or remittance of any taxes arising from transactions related to your Trustify account. You are solely accountable for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including reporting or remitting any taxes resulting from your use of the Services. It is strongly advised that you seek independent legal tax advice before making any financial decisions.
We encourage you and your associations or business organizations to utilize unique affiliate links or banner ads to redirect to Trustify from your internet websites, blogs, or social media. However, usage of the Trustify logo or names in a manner likely to cause confusion, dilute, or damage the reputation or image of Trustify or any of its affiliates is strictly prohibited. Your website content should not include material interpreted as libelous, obscene, or infringing upon any third-party rights.
You acknowledge and agree that we retain all rights and interests in the Services, associated software, technology tools and content, the Trustify website, logos, images, designs, and other written and multimedia materials displayed on the website, as well as other materials produced by or related to Trustify.
While you are permitted to store, display, analyze, modify, reformat, and print the information available through the Platform, you explicitly acknowledge that no proprietary rights are being transferred to you in such materials or information. Without the Company's express written consent, you are not authorized to publish, transmit, or reproduce that information, either in whole or in part, in any format to any third party.

We shall not be held liable for delays or defaults in the performance of our obligations due to uncontrollable contingencies, including but not limited to events such as market rulings, fire, flood, civil commotion, earthquake, war, strikes, pandemics or epidemics, failure of internet links, government regulatory actions, or acts of God.
Terminating your relationship with us is subject to the following conditions:
